Keep in mind her 5th place CYL3 finish was due to tons of rallying not because she was actually that popular. Her actual popularity is closer to Top 20-25 which is about in line with characters like Leo and Takumi who we have free versions of. I mean technically they have given out free Azura, Camilla, Loki so they do give out popular characters on occasion. I think it would have been really bad if they did give out a Brave Anna. Characters that make Top 2 for each gender are banned from future CYL votes. Anna getting a Brave alt and being allowed to try again next year isn't fair to the characters that did better than she did. --- Link isn't the only one who kicks ass.
