Before doing any research into what I was getting myself into, I bought several volumes of Basara and absolutely loved it. One of my favorite mangas. And for some reason, later volumes are like... outrageously expensive. One volume was frequently over $100 on Amazon a decade ago or whenever I tried to buy it. I ended up reading it online, but I always wanted to get the complete physical collection. Tom Bombadil posted... Hint for next: This was big for like five years and then just vanished but it was doing one of the current trends before it was cool. Gonna guess the 'current trend' is isekai and I'm guessing you're close to the Es now, so I'm gonna guess the next one is Escaflowne.
