It almost plays like a parody of a coming of age story because of how ridiculous the characters act overall. Like imo she has a hard time blending together the comedy and drama in a way she wants to and this has shown in a lot of works she's touched. I mean, think of like Kiznaiver or Dragon Pilot as pretty prime examples of this. But even stuff that she helped on that I really like (such as Toradora and Sakurasou) also suffer here.
