The Manchester Black/Elite storyline for Superman was pretty much the same thing - it was basically "THIS IS WHY SUPERMAN NEEDS TO BE THE BIG BLUE BOY SCOUT", rubbing your nose in the idea. Which is what I was going to respond to your earlier grimdark Superman with. It was also one of the somewhat rare passable DC animated movie adaptations. Granted, it was *also* made before DC started to shoehorn comic arcs into their animated movie universe --- Gamefaqs cannot handle my #BrokenBrilliance ... Copied to Clipboard! |
