I do feel bad for the random Galbadian soldier who has to give a regular report to President Deling and keeps getting his pay docked as he's preparing to propose to his girlfriend. I can sympathize, guy. If you complete the mission without screwing up, you gain a SeeD rank, so that's nice! "Ahh...My butt hurts from all this sitting...Young...LADY..." is one of the best lines in the entire series. The Deling body double is a much better character than the real Deling! The boss is easy to cheese if you want to because it's an undead enemy, and sometimes that's preferable because bosses who fight mostly with status anomalies are extremely annoying. Afterwards, they find out that the real President Deling is planning to broadcast from the TV station in Timber, which can handle live broadcasts with radio waves. This means there's a message they want to send to the whole world. As they wonder what he plans to broadcast, Selphie suggests "Everybody! Love and peace!"
