You're right to clarify a thing I didn't say well: I stand by asking them how the pros do their games as a fun way to talk with them, but that isn't to say you always follow their instructions because they do want you to not be perfect at it. Some will be honest because people aren't trained on these anyway usually, but still, yeah, if you're ever skeptical of them I get it. Rose did explain the crossing and placement of the arms in legs, but she didn't explain the weight on one foot at a time.
