After the blowup between Jackson and Tommy before eviction, I'm not sure Jackson would still evict Cliff in that scenario. He'd maybe be upset at him, sure, but he generally approaches these situations in a rational way. At this point, none of Nicole/Cliff/Tommy would be taking him to F2, so he has to know his only real shot at winning the game is by winning the final HoH. Tommy is a bigger threat to beat him in competitions than Cliff, so thus it makes more sense for him to evict Tommy in F4. Now if it was a choice between Tommy/Nicole, I think things would sway the other way and he might still take out Nicole. ---
