Importance: 8.5 Fear: 8.5 Snake: 6 I'd just like to start off saying that I will never be able to play this game, and as a survival horror megafan that pains me to no end. P.T., which stands for Playable Teaser, was THE hot-button game of 2014. It saw the partnership of Hideo Kojima and Guillermo Del Toro, a match made in heaven, and was meant to be a showcase of what was to come in the full game, Silent Hills. P.T. lit up the gaming world with devious puzzles, great scares and atmosphere, and general promise of what was to come. Unfortunately, P.T. was ultimately the go to poster boy for Konami's meltdown; a topic covered to death and back by now. P.T. was removed from the PlayStation store along with any hope for Silent Hills, starting a roller coaster ride of misery between Konami and Kojima and Konami console game development. P.T. lives on in spirit; games like Layers of Fear, The Park, and the upcoming Allison Road (which was actually cancelled for awhile) carry the torch and legacy of P.T.'s hallways and horror in their game design. We may have lost an excellent game, but a phoenix always rises from the ashes.
