I got the Siren card from the pub owner in Dollet, the Rinoa card from General Caraway in Deling City (although he makes you deliberately lose the Ifrit card to him first, and then instantaneously loses it to Martine in FH somehow, so you have to go all the way back there to reclaim it), and the Odin card for beating Odin (as well as getting 100 Triples for all three party members!).
