And Chiaki, Akane and Sonia all look like endgame survivors tbh. Chiaki has protagonism, Sonia has a bunch of interesting dialogue and personality, and I don't like Akane that much but it seems the game is trying to give her a full character arc.

Meanwhile, Nakomaru, Gundham and Kazuichi are filler, though some of them could be kept alive as endgame cast balancers just like Hina and Hiro. Nagito has a larger death flag than the rest of the cast combined. And only Hajime and Fuyu are really unkillable imo
