I would 100% count this, and now want to do this so I can cross NK off the list Oh, I've definitely told people that I went to North Korea, but I don't think I'd seriously count it! I mean, it's like less than a minute where you essentially just stand in the North Korea half of a building. That said, the DMZ tour I went on was very well done, and I definitely recommend.
