I don't necessarily believe she's learned her lesson and become a better person for her time in jail, since anyone psychopathic enough to encourage somebody to commit suicide is going to have no qualms about putting on a friendly facade to manipulate a good behaviour system to their benefit, but it sounds like the system in question is being applied as intended, and I don't think it'd be a good idea to abolish said system just because she may or may not have abused it. --- This is my signature.
