Not on any major level. The only difference that comes to mind is that the PC port would give you more graphics options. Durante did the port and went all out on it. There's all kinds of graphical bells and whistles you can enable, provided your computer can handle it, turbo mode is more customizable in the speed it accelerates IIRC, and I think it even has the option to automatically load up your most recent save on start-up. However, on the content level there should be no appreciable difference.
