But it surely can't be that awful in real-life. The Texas Angus Patty Melt sounds nice, like a burger "on a raft." Grilled chicken melt and sausage melt also seem nice, but you will stick with this bacon cheesesteak to test the ratio of picture to reality. "How y'all doin' today?" the waitress asks very sweetly as she walks up to your table. "Very good, actually," you say. "What can I get you?" she asks. "I will have the Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt," you say. "Medium well on the cheesesteak." "Okay," the waitress says. "And you, dear?" "Um, I'll have a grilled cheese," Raven says. "But, on Texas Toast." "Any sides? Fries? Hashbrowns?" "Hashbrowns sound good," you say. "I'll have fries, actually," Raven says. "And drinks?" the waitress asks.
