But I also had like no health left. With a full health bar I immediately....almost die again but I barely won. Here is where the game gets bananas. Two other bosses show up with the head Yakuza, they have apparently told on the other guy. OK cool infighting.

Ah shoot I did leave out Kiryu tracked the scummy guy who had me beat up the guy at the beginning and went to beat him up when Tattoo Yakuza Boss showed up and threatened us with his conspiracy, ADMITTING HE SET UP KIRYU. So yeah the Yakuza bosses tattle on this guy and the head guy is like well you kicked Kiryu out hes a civilian now, and you lost so I'm taking your pinky finger?

Gonna need some context on that one I guess. Then they just walk away. Real odd, but not as odd as this random guy contacting Kiryu wanting his help to get a piece of land. Ah yes I should have mentioned the whole setup, the place the guy died where Kiryu beat him up was on this tiny empty lot. And whoever gets this will have full control for some evil retail scheme or something. But yeah the entire plot: murder, conspiracy, cover up, etc revolves around a back alley that is the size of a kitchen. I love it.

Takeaways
-Budget is faux low here, I confirmed with a few people that this is one of their higher budget games. The reason I was curious is that some cutscenes are done in still image almost, like one of those moving comic books

-Combat isn't my favorite so far mostly cause I'm awful at it! I'm also bad at 2D beat em ups and have had 0 luck with hack n slash stuff like DmC and Bayo

-Love the font, and the dramatic sound that accompanies it

-The money in this game seems a bit confusing or maybe the skills are all really expensive actually. I love skill trees

Next session is gonna be monday, I imagine the games gonna be a lot slower here on out
