Topic	22 y/o Alabama Teacher faces 20 YEARS for having SEX with a 17 y/o BOY!!!

Yeah a law like that shouldn't exist since it should really only ever be about the age of consent. I mean there probably should be a law against it or teachers would be boning their students left and right and their is some validity to how they are a figure of authority. At worst the punishment for breaking the law should be revoking their teaching license and a fine but not jail time/being registered as a sex offender (unless of course they are under AoC).
