captpackrat 10/27/19 11:03:52 AM #1:	Instead of running a new wire through the drop ceiling to hook up a new VoIP phone, the installer split the pairs on the existing wire. Then they made a dongle with the keystones just dangling completely open and exposed instead of using a surface mount box. That stuff around the wall jack? That's not epoxy putty. It's not even regular putty. It's chewing gum.
