ChaosTonyV4 11/14/19 10:32:58 PM #198:	Either A) Pun is literally already liable for the fees, in which case he is legally allowed to have them prove it without further penalty, or B) They cant furnish proof he is liable, in which case he pays the original missed payment at the absolute most, and likely far less, and nothing if they dont show.
