When I was there at his age (I was there in 1990 and I went to the other one the following year), it was 3 times the size it now. They now have two other businesses on the sides of the main building. The place is so much smaller and so much less enjoyable.
There were tons of arcade games to play, separate from where everyone ate. Now it is all together and most games are crappy carnival type games.
The ball pits were removed a few years after I was there, and many followed suit. Seems people got tired of finding vomit, dirty diapers, and used syringes in there.
The robots and the stage is gone, replaced by a white wall with a television about 36 inches. Under the TV was a fake fireplace. It was impossible to hear anything in this place, especially the TV
I didn't enjoy being stared down the by faux security guard. I get why he's there. But he intimated no one and was more of an inconvenience than anything.
It was sad. What's even worse is that of the two by me, that was the better of the two.
