But in some fun news in case you haven't heard, prototype madness continues and a recently revealed proto of Sonic 3 dated for just around when Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles were split up contains Genesis versions of the Sonic & Knuckles Collection tracks!! The whole lot of them are just a bit down the page here: https://tcrf.net/Proto:Sonic_the_Hedgehog_3 Launch Base Zone Act 2 would definitely jump a ton of place if this were revealed (and also eligible lol) before I started this.... actually, the original should probably be a lot higher anyway.
