| crowkillers 11/17/19 2:08:39 AM #49: | Back in the early 90's, my mom and younger brother were hit broadside on the passenger side of her car by a driver coming the opposite direction who was speeding. The cops determined that even though the car was speeding that she was at fault for making a left hand turn in front of the other car and not yielding to it. Her car was totaled and my parent's insurance had to pay for the other driver's vehicle which was also totaled. I also notice from the link in the OP that along with the kids not being properly restrained, the woman was also driving without a license. I am sure this was factored in as well since she shouldn't have been on the road in the first place... ... Copied to Clipboard! |
