I prefer my avians lithe (any bigger/bulkier ones I archive are more to share with people with different preferences). That fragility and the spirited freedom it offers is a huge portion of why I love birds to begin with. That particular pic also doesn't look all that feathery, the beak looks more like a bill, there's no wings of any sort, and the feet aren't avian at all (not even scaly, human toes/toe structure), so it misses on a lot of the little details I enjoy seeing artists get right as well.
