Not really, if the Muller report or impeachment works in Dems favor then Trump is ousted as president, he wont even get a chance at re-election if either of the two pans out. whereas the endless court cases he lost doesnt affect his presidency.

So can we count his wall being blocked by the courts as one of the four instead? It was definitely a large part of his running platform/popularity, and prominent conservatives have given him grief over that. Now the count is 1 to 2 , doesn't look too good for him getting a blowout.
