It's gone from he can't shoot at all and can't shoot FT's to he can't shoot because his 3PT% is shit. His medical report right now is that he's still recovering and does not have the arm strength to shoot 3s. It's pretty clear if you watch him shoot 3s that it's not a lie. The numbers also support it. Fultz is 47.1% from midrange (18th best in the league). He's 21% from 15ft+.
