Like it's a 5 year selling process? like they cant even sell the team right, something could go wrong between then and now. or maybe after the 5 years since they'll still own 20% they'll still be the ones "calling the shots" and making decisions. and why does this need to take 5 years? the mets window to win is this year and/or next year, cuz 2021 is when a lot of the core guys leave. I really grew to love the players on this team and don't want to see like Syndergaard and deGrom gone by the time they have a different owner. anyway I'm happy and this is probably the best day in my lifetime as a mets fan (how sad is that?) but even then it doesn't come with some doubt that something is going to go wrong or that it's not what it seems or something. Like I said though, it goes to show. Complain until you get what you want.
