| GOGZero 12/14/19 9:50:04 PM #190: | Shovel Knight: King of Cards (PS3) While this may not be my favorite of the campaigns, I can appreciate all the effort that was put into it. King Knight took a little getting used to, similar to how it took awhile to get the hang of Plague Knight and Specter Knight. The more you play as him, the more you get used to his Shoulder Bash/Jump mechanic. There are some really good level design ideas in the later stages. Also some very good pixel art and music of course. Joustus, the card game, is kinda alright. You place cards on a board and you push your cards with other cards to place on top of gems. The player with the most Gems wins after all the spaces on the board are occupied when all the cards take up the spaces. It's a totally optional mini game to play but it's also worth playing on the side. I really like the ending as well. Shovel Knight Showdown (PS3) Beat the Story Mode. A fun little Fighter/Platformer where you can play as various Shovel Knight characters. --- The reason why you couldn't see my Signature before is because it was Invisible ... Copied to Clipboard! |
