I'm usually coming from the opposite direction if I'm complaining about the degree to which something is or isn't sci-fi. I just want people to keep their filthy sci-fi out of my Science Fantasy or Westerns IN SPACE. Too many people today assume the trappings of sci-fi in a setting make something sci-fi, but there's more to the genre than that.
