At my job we can hookup to a nice bluetooth speaker and listen to everyone music but unless on the rare occasion its a dance/electronica song then we never listen to serious female vocalists. I have a pretty even mix, but not because I am doing the sjw thing of making things equal artificially but because I legitimately love a good mix.
