It's a much slower-paced, meditative film, frequently with very long takes and scenes without any dialog at all. They have little in common besides being Korean. yup. i suspiciously stayed away from it in 2018, fearing it would be an arthouse film. then after seeing parasite i was jazzed about korean movies. whoops! --- yet all sailors of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness ...
