Chinese restaurants basically being ghosted due to fears of the virus. Etc. That above report is about protesters attacking a Chinese evacuee bus. I know people attribute to avoidance of Chinese restaurants and fears of easterners at the moment as Xenophobia. However, I think it is more likely of a safe than sorry approach by people. Obviously attacking Easterners or abusing them is despicable. But, I do understand the avoidance physically due to fears at the moment.
