I don't think that's relevant, I just didn't see anything in all those words and points that said much of anything. It just reads as corporate apologism pretty much throwing out any excuse that will stick - like literally one of the arguments was that it's government incompetence is at fault that this (allegedly perfectly okay) situation. It's just not very compelling --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
