I dont think a jury would have convicted her. There is an argument that exposing her breasts to the children could be lewd, however the prosecutor would have to show that she did it intentionally. According to the story, if its accurate, the exposure was accidental and unforeseen. Theres always a possibility of conviction when matters are taken to a jury. However, there is still an argument that can be made directly to the judge for a directed verdict that the facts do not support the elements of the crime. Even after the jury convicts the defense can make a renewed judgment for directed verdict and overrule even a jurys conviction if its so absurd that a reasonable jury should not have come to that conclusion.
