Launching them is done pretty quickly. The Valkyries are in those 6 bays and wait for being launched, then they get dropped down one at a time and gets attached to that arm in that picture. You start your engines, and the force will make that arm swing around, and it catapults away your Valkyrie, and then it can quickly attach itself to the next Valkyrie. https://youtu.be/5AlwxTdQRtI Seen in action.
