Here's the quote from the announcement: "If you currently have Battlegrounds bonus stats, choose from 3 Heroes, or visual emotes unlockedyou will get access to the equivalent new perk starting on March 26." I don't know if "equivalent new perk" actually means "you keep your 3rd choices" or "we've found something else to give you so we can sell Tavern Passes". The way it's worded leads me to believe it's the latter. If it was the former, I don't feel like they would specifically mention the date.
