was this recorded on video ? if it wasnt maybe they just didnt believe them without any other witnesses saying the same if he threatened 8 others why didnt they speak up during the trial ?

did he call the cops after he left ?
was the stab that killed him one of the first ones ?

Even if the assailant is fleeing, shooting him in the back is fair game to make sure he doesn't double back with more friends to hurt you.

so you think his friends wont try to hurt you if you kill him........ really ?
