I did remember that other people had at least offered to fight him, but I was unaware that they had proceeded far enough for him to flake on them! Yeesh, what was his deal? Just little man syndrome? adjl posted... That was definitely Shenti, and it was a lot later than late 00's. I only started hanging around here in 2010, and I'd been here for a few years when it happened. Are you sure? I think it was around 2012 when I stopped visiting the board but for maybe once or twice a year. Felt like that whole thing happened earlier than that! MarioLinkNES posted... I still use gamefaqs, just not potd regularly. I do remember a particular time that always stayed in mind maybe around 2010ish that entire potd was filled with jazz topics, and a massive mod bomb going off. For context, one of the topic titles was I jazzed on my dog... Lmao, I remember that! The mods were pretty crazy about that stuff, I must have gotten at least 8 or 9 accounts banned just because I had nothing better to do that day. Does anyone remember that time JediMutant broke up with her boyfriend, and then made up a story about how he died in an ATV accident? There were then a slew of copycat stories that had someone always dying in accidents somehow involving ATVs at the end. --- Justice will prevail you say!? But of course it will!
