It might be that cats sometimes "cough" in a more sneezy manner. While it's true that it could cause different symptoms, they seemed to test the tiger because it had the symptoms of Covid-19. Which sounds like it was probably more of the same symptos humans show. Because if it was just sneezing, they probably wouldn't have tested for Covid-19 since that's not a normal symptom. And then, they would have said something different. Like about how it was sneezing instead of coughing, or how animals have different symptoms.
