I doubt SNAFU was so far behind it couldn't start, as people have said it already had a preview event. I'm sure Alice had a ton of episodes, as well. Re:Zero I have no idea, sounds like they have been working on that for a LONG time, but they backed out before anyone else. Hopefully Kaguya isn't making a mistake on that part.
