So we have Skyrim here. It is one of the Top 5 games on the Decade everywhere and on this site too. The real question is what place does Skyrim get's in this contest? I have it reaching the finals but I do believe Witcher 3 can beat it. Witcher is extremely popular now especially with the Netflix show. And even the company announced a Witcher 4 game even though they had said that Witcher 3 would be the last. And they would have been stupid to not release more games, I mean seriously. As for Skyrim...it has to be in every console that has come since 2011. Seriously this thing is everywhere. Everyone that plays videogames have heard it, the memes, the mods, everything. 9 years have passed and this thing isn't slowing down. I mean the company hasn't even show a gameplay video of ES 6 and why they should rush to make another game? I mean this thing
still sells like crazy and people constantly play it. I mean even on this site after 9 years it is still the number 2 most popular game.As for Subnautica...another indie game. Joy.

So for the match. The only thing that mattered is if Skyrim would score under 80% because that would mean it is weak now, or if it scored above 90% because that would mean it is the strongest game here. But nothing happened, so Skyrim did as expected. So that is.

Fate/Grand Order VS Journey

Journey won with 66.2% of the total votes. Correct prediction percentage was 62.65%

So we have our first gatcha game here! I don't understand how it got such a high seed here and we don't have other gatcha games like Pokemon Go or Dokkan Battle. But then again I always see F/G to be on the top of the Ios board so I guess it has to be popular. I do play some gatcha games like everyone else(if someone says he doesn't play or played at least 1 they are liars). I know they are the cancer of gaming since now every game and their gatcha grandmother has microtransactions but the fault is the people that buy them, not the companies that put them in. Journey is an indie game BUT when it came out it prooved that yeah even Indie games can win GOTY! Yeah it won some GOTY even though it is a walking simulator basically. But hey the art direction and the style were really good so that is.

So for the match. We all knew that Journey would win. Sure nobody talked about Journey after the year that came out but F/G is a gatcha game so no way we would let such a game win a match. So even though Journey is really weak it won with a doubling. Even casuals got this match right even though the seeding was higher for F/G .Nice?

Final Fantasy 14 Online A Realm Reborn VS Crypt Of The Necro Dancer

Final Fantasy 14 Online A Realm Reborn won with 71.53% of the total votes. Correct Prediction Percentage was 82.73%

So we have a MMORPG! But not a random one, a FF one. When FF 14 first came out it was SO bad. Like really bad. So bad that basically SE offerend an apology, disbanded the team that made it and started working on it again. After some time they came out with Real Reborn and killed the original FF 14 in real life and in lore too! Yeah that
world got destroyed. But then something happened. RR was amazing! Seriously they did such good job that everyone was surprised. So even though we have the original version of FF 14 coming out 10 years ago and RR coming out 7 years ago the game is played by thousands upon thousands of players and new stuff keep coming out on regular intervals. Yeah they managed to make one of the worst lauched MMORPG into one of the best MMORPG's ever! Damn! As for Crypt it is something of a rhythm based game. I don't know how it works exactly but I do know it has amazing music plus it has to be popular because last year a Zelda spin off came out that uses the mechanics of Crypt! Yeah and it was really good and nobody really expecting that!

So for the match. Well FF14 has FF in its name and is against an indie game so of course it would won. And it did good I do believe. I don't think anything can be said. I am just happy that we do have a MMORPG going on Round 2.

Uncharted 4 A Thief's End VS Mario Kart 8

Mario Kart 8 won with 58.85% of the total votes. Correct Prediction Percentage was 55.86%

This match was somewhat debatable but I don't see why. Has ever Uncharted games/characters do good here? No. We have MK 8 here(seriously how many MK games are out? Damn!) and even though it seems that after so many games MK series would have fallen over actually it is doing extremely well! I am shocked too. But then again when so many sequels of a game come out it is bound to be good and sell well. As for the Uncharted series I do believe that U2 is still considered the best. But all of them are good anyways.

So for the match. Well MK did as most of Board 8 expected. A hard win. Seems casuals got it somewhat right too even though the highest seed was U4. So that is. We just don't like games like Uncharted here people. When you will learn?
