Before I had a Kawai ES7 (if you're in the northeast, I'd be willing to sell) I got used from guitar center for $700. If you're looking for something that's good quality but more "budget" I'd recommend the Casio Privia. You can get it "Very Good" from the amazon warehouse right now for $470. https://www.amazon.com/Casio-Privia-PX-160BK-88-Key-Digital/dp/B0100RBPTC Furniture style stands available for both the Kawai ES and the Privia. I think the ES110 is the more budget version of the ES line, people seem to like it but I've never used one. If you're willing to get a digital that's more furniture style instead of a portable then you can get a more realistic action, but the action is still great on the portable digitals.
