That's odd. I would expect the store to be getting their yeast wholesale instead of using their sale inventory, but I guess if there's enough of a shortage that wholesalers would focus on retail products instead, stores might have to rely on that.

They do and most stores dont even bac bread. The receive product ts frozen then thaw them. If you need a source just look at walmart. Heck they didnt even know they sold a display (styrofoam) over a 1/4 ofnsheet cake. Ask about the cressants as well. They do back rolls but thats usually about it!
