This doesn't make Trudeau smart by any means.. it's just common sense really. The USA has way to many cases to just let Americans in.. oh wait.. Trudeau did let in a ton of illegals from the USA.. hmm.. and 10+ of them where they keep them have the CCP virus.. and 12 workers there also got it.. hmm..
