I'd say the queen in Snow White qualifies, no? Snow White was revived by the Power of Love(tm) of course, but she appears to be dead until then and murder was obviously the intent. Maybe the same can be said for Gaston stabbing Beast.
Yeah I came in to say this. The Queen definitely murdered Snow White.
