I've played that game extensively in the past, and I can't think of a way for someone to claim that they've beaten it. Anyone is free to make a case for it. I'm completely unfamiliar with it. Is it something you can get 100% trophies or achievements on? Sometimes I use that as a metric for considering a game "beaten" if it doesn't have a traditional ending. I figure if I did all the things the developers wanted me to do for their special little quests it is essentially beaten. I understand not everyone uses that metric (and I have absolutely no interest in playing Pac-Man if it does win) so I have no problem if you exclude it but that is how I normally do it. --- Moops?
