Topic	Athens, GA vs Austin, TX

I am looking to move somewhere in a well-run state, but close enough to places that have some culture and fun stuff going on. I ideally would love to find an oasis of younger people, movie theaters that play foreign films, and bars with good live music hidden among the glorious freedom that is red state America. Austin is fairly well known as a hipster epicenter, but Athens is super intriguing because it's the birthplace of my favorite music scene: early 90s indie college rock.
