This is true, but only because of the nature of the game: it just requires an inflatable ball and maybe a couple goalposts. This also means that it attracts the worst kinds of fans, who literally dedicate their lives to going out in the middle of the pouring rain to support their mediocre team lose in an invigorating one-nil battle.
