I assume there isn't and this is why you guys are so hot on it? It's a Chinese coffee chain that just had its IPO last year. They admitted that a lot of their revenue numbers were fraudulent. Right now, it's not clear what the real financials are. It's not clear if the company still has the $1 billion+ in cash it raised from investors or if the executives were able to steal it. It's not clear if the business model is viable or if it was just designed to turn a quick buck for the founders by defrauding investors. I think it's a worthwhile bet because if it's anything other than the worst case scenario, the stock is clearly worth more than $2 per share.
