Sicilian style is clearly pizza, just square.

There is also a square version of Chicago style, and you know what that is called? Tomato Pie, not Pizza, Pie. Chicago style isn't pizza, it's a pie, or a casserole, or something else.

The bread on Sicilian pizza is far, far, far thicker than normal pizza.

Also, "pizza" means "pie" in Italian, pizza is often called pie, and the phrase "pizza pie" is in popular culture.
