This page is also for checking your badge progress(trading cards are dropped by games that decided to include them, though only half the total cards for the game can drop. Yes, dupes can drop, and you will either have to trade with other players or pay for cards to complete a badge, unless you are very patient and get lucky with booster pack drops.
