(Can be new for you, not the actual year) I mentioned it earlier, but definitely Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Was an awesome experience that somehow managed to surpass the previous game. I'm so glad I went into it as blind as I did (wasn't even aware of the changes made to the gameplay) Previously to itrumpmypillow's generous gift, it was Supraland though - Amazing 3d metroidvania. The story is pretty bland (and really non-existent for the most part), but the gameplay and puzzles far more than make up for it.
